Free standard shipping is available on most retail orders within the contiguous United States.

Processing usually takes 1–2 business days, followed by 2–7 business days in transit, for an estimated total of 3–9 business days. Black Friday demand, holidays, weather, and carrier disruptions may cause delays; delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Oversized items may require special handling or a signature. Some orders ship in separate packages. Shipping availability and charges for other destinations are shown at checkout. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Most eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and returned in their original packaging with all components. Customers pay return shipping for non-defective returns; additional fees may apply for missing or damaged packaging. Custom products and items marked non-returnable are excluded. Bulk and project orders may have separate terms.

Email service@keonjinn.com for approval before returning an item. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3 business days after receipt and inspection; bank processing may take longer.

Inspect your order upon arrival. Report shipping damage to service@keonjinn.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

For defects, incorrect items, or missing parts, send photos or videos showing the issue. Our team will review your request and advise on a suitable resolution, which may include replacement parts, technical support, or product replacement. Shipping protection claims follow the provider’s applicable terms.

Standard Keonjinn products include a 2-year limited warranty from delivery for manufacturing defects under normal use, plus 5 years of technical support. Technical support does not extend the warranty period.

Improper installation, misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, and normal wear are excluded. Professional installation is recommended for electrical products and wall-mounted glass fixtures. Custom and project orders may have separate coverage.

For claims, email service@keonjinn.com with your order number, a description, and photos or videos. See our Warranty Policy for full details.
