Returns & Refunds

General Return

You can initiate a return within 30 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with the items. All returned items must be in brand-new condition, uninstalled and/or non-assembled, unused, no pieces missing and with original tags and packaging. You have to pay for the return or exchange cost if no quality issues are involved. We reserve the right to deduct the re-stocking fee from your refund when the returned item is not considered to be in its original packaging/condition or already been damaged. You will be charged a minimum restocking fee of 15% of invoice total on all mirrors return.

Defective Return

To qualify for a defective return, one of the following must apply:

1. Item has a defect, or is faulty or malfunction

A description of the defect

Images of the whole item, including clear images of the UPC, ASIN, or FNSKU barcode label

Images of the defect described

2. Incorrect item was received

A description of the difference

Images of the incorrectly received item showing the UPC, ASIN, or FNSKU barcode label, or the LPN sticker, or both, and the described difference

Images of the model number and serial number, if available


3. Missing part(s)

Images of the inside of the shipping box or envelope showing the received items, if one unit of multiple units that were shipped in the package is missing

Images of the empty shipping box, if only one item was shipped in the box

Images of empty product packaging, if a product box was received without one or more of the internal contents

4. Damaged

A description of the damage

Images of the whole item, including clear images of the UPC, ASIN, or FNSKU barcode label

We recommend you to check the items within 48 hours of receipt and report to out customer service as soon as possible. Please offer the copy of your original order confirmation, confirm the item number & QTY of the defective item(s), photographs or video clearly showing the defect(s). Depending on the situation, we will be responsible for refunds, exchange or replacements according to your preference within 60 days of receipt. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned,

1. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

2. Offline purchase (items or parts unlisted on our website)

3. Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page

Please note, any items returned without authorization will not qualify for a refund and be rejected on delivery to our returns center.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
