Please report delivery damage to service@keonjinn.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos showing the damage, outer packaging, and shipping label so our team can assess the claim and explain the next steps. Standard purchases include a two-year limited warranty starting on delivery, covering manufacturing defects under normal use, plus five years of technical support. Technical support provides troubleshooting and product-care guidance; it does not extend the warranty period.
