1 ) How can I purchase?

Hospitality and commercial orders must be placed directly through our Wholesale team.
Individual buyers can place orders directly online.

    


2 ) Where can I see your products?

 

In addition to the styles listed on our website, we offer a wider range of creative mirror designs in our catalog. You can contact our wholesale team directly for the latest updates. We also welcome customers near our warehouses to visit onsite and view our products' quality firsthand.



3 ) Where is your warehouse?

We currently have three warehouses in the USA and one in Canada. Please find the detailed addresses below. We welcome you to visit us onsite if there is a location nearby.

4 ) What items are in stock?

We currently stock a wide range of popular and classic mirror styles, including front-lit mirrors, back-lit mirrors, front-and-back-lit double strip mirrors, decorative framed mirrors, makeup mirrors, full-length mirrors, medicine mirror cabinets, and more.




5 ) How long does shipping take?

All stock orders within the United States will ship within 2-3 business days, and no later than one week. Orders from our China factory will ship in approximately 30-45 work days by sea or 7-10 work days by air.



6 ) What is your lead time?

Stock orders will ship directly upon receipt of payment. For made-to-order items, the usual production time is 15-20 business days.


7 ) What if my product arrives damaged?

If your product arrives damaged, please take photos of both the packaging and the damaged item, and send them to our sales representative for review. We will respond promptly with the best solution. For damage not caused by human error, we will offer free replacements or a full refund.

   


8 ) Do you help with Installation?

We provide installation training but do not offer actual installation services. Our products are designed for easy installation, and each mirror comes with detailed instructions in the packaging. Additionally, we offer video training and lifetime free online tech support.

    


9 ) What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T (wire transfer),  PayPal,  Alibaba,  and more.
