1. Why your products are better quality ?
We use only high-quality light blue environmentally mirror glass, peroxidation treated structural and electronic components and LED strip/bulb that we source from qualified (UL,ETL) suppliers. Our QC will check our products from each step, and we customize the professional strong packing for each mirror, so we can be sure that the quality of the products is maintained throughout manufacture and shipment.     
2. Who collaborate with you mostly ?                                                                    
General contractors, chain stores, retailers, interior designer and hotel chains who will only work with the best quality products because the mirrors represent their reputation. Many customers not just come back to buy more mirrors but also recommend our mirrors to friends and families.
3. Do you have a showroom?
We have a showroom in our factory of China, but for USA clients, you are welcome to visit our warehouses of GA and NJ to experience the quality and see that craftsmanship up close. We are happy to show you around, but we do ask you to make an appointment so that we can make one of our customer service representatives available.
4. What is the Kelvin on this mirror ?
For single white LED mirror, it is 6000k, for three-color LED mirror, warm light is 3000K, nautral light is 4000K, cool white light is 6000K;
5. Can we custom made our own style and size and features/ Do you accept OEM/ODM ? 
Yes, we can custom made for you, welcome to collaborate with OEM/ODM;
6. When will you deliver our order ?                                                     
For in-stock order,we can arrange shipment during 24 to 48 hours on working day:Mon-Fri;
For pre-order/bulk order/wholesale/custom-made order, it is negotiable, around 7 to 30 days.
7. What is the standard packing for shipment?                                        
Our professional packing already passed the ISTA 6 test. But you are welcome to custom-made your packing with/without pallet,carton size etc.    
8. What is the payment term ?                                                                
For in-stock/pre-order/wholesale/bulk order, 100% payment before shipping;for custom-made order, 50% down payment, 50% balance should be paid before shipping.    
9. What is the warranty ?                                                                        
TWO years warranty.
10. Where can I find the installation for the mirrors ?
