The mirror I thought I ordered was a 40 x 32 with all the bells and whistles. At some point through the transaction the order number changed. I paid almost 300 for a plain backlit mirror. I did not change my order and the company refused a return because the mirror was not broken. A terrible company…..

The company suggest to mount the mirror on the brackets according to a predetermined measurement, and this measurement does not take into account that in the U.S most resident homes has sheet rock installed on walls that may not have stud on center of 16 inches. This may cause the you to mount the brackets with the hardware to hollow drywall and not to a stud, and for larger mirrors this may not be sufficient to hold up the mirror.

The plastic is still on this mirror as I snapped this pic mid-install and bathroom reno, but WOW, what a statement they make. Especially with a unique tile pattern behind it!

Great mirror, frameless finished edges and smooth clean backlighting.Including screws and drywall mounts will NOT hold the weight of this mirror unless the edges of the mirror just happen to line up to the studs behind the drywall. We used an aluminum bar anchored to the mirror corners and screwed directly to the studs for this and another mirror purchased from the same manufacturer that we are also very happy with.
