Shipping Carriers

a. Orders Without Shipping Protection
If you did not purchase Shipping Protection at checkout, you may:
· Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request an investigation
· Contact Keonjinn for assistance communicating with the carrier
While we will do our best to help facilitate communication with the carrier, final claim decisions are subject to the carrier’s policies and investigation results.
b. Orders With Shipping Protection
If you purchased Shipping Protection at checkout and your package is lost during transit or missing after delivery, you may contact the shipping protection provider or insurance partner to submit a claim.
You may be asked to provide supporting documentation, including but not limited to:
· Police report or official incident record
· Security camera footage or relevant video evidence
· Loss confirmation or investigation document from the shipping carrier
· Written documentation from qualified personnel or relevant authorities
· Order number and tracking information
Claims will be reviewed and processed according to the shipping protection provider’s claim procedures and coverage terms.
Compensation Limit: Compensation coverage is limited to the purchased value of your product, subject to claim review and approval by the shipping protection provider or insurance partner.
