Yes. All Keonjinn products are covered by a 2-year warranty and include 5 years of technical support. For additional peace of mind, you may also purchase an extended warranty plan at checkout for a small additional fee.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged product, outer packaging, and shipping label. Most orders are delivered within 5 business days after shipment, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor its delivery status.
Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Processing times for custom, bulk, and special-project orders may vary. Please contact us for specific lead times.
We do not provide installation services. However, all products include detailed installation instructions, and installation videos are available for many products online. If you need assistance during installation, our customer support team can provide guidance and technical support for up to 5 years after purchase.
