Why did you pick this product vs. others? This mirror is such great quality, and the beveled edge gives it such a classy look without a bulky border if you're going for simple elegance. It is very thick and heavy duty, as is the hanging fixture in the back, which has a hanging fixture both horizontally and vertically so you can hang it either way you choose. It lays perfectly flat on the wall surface and comes with all the screws and anchors to hang it―and there's more than one option.

The makers have done a great job of getting the basics right. The mirror is well-packaged (important to ensure it arrives in one piece), well-designed, and comes complete with the necessary fixings. I appreciate the use of French cleats and the inclusion of a spacer (on the rear) to ensure the mirror hangs vertically and does not wobble around. Beveled mirrors provide their own ‘frame' by breaking up reflections at the edges; this is the old-world equivalent of vertical videos being shown on horizontal screens with out-of-focus sides. They look classy and attract attention to themselves. Mirrors like this were popular way back and will go well with a boho rug or a distressed rug and dark wood-look furniture.
